As part of the parking ticket sales portal, we offer our users the option:
1. Purchases of hourly tickets
2. Payment to the DPK card

Purchase method
Purchasing hourly tickets itself is done in several steps:
1. The user selects the desired zone
2. Enters the vehicle registration number and selects the duration
3. Pays for the service by security card (CorvusPay)
4. Takes payment confirmation and fiscalized invoice
Payment of the DPK card is made in the following steps:
1. The user enters the DPK card number
2. Pays for the service with a security card (CorvusPay)
3. Receives the payment confirmation and the fiscalized invoice
Terms of sale
Company Usluga Poreč d.o.o. (hereinafter the Contractor) provides online services on the World Wide Web (Internet) through its website portal.usluga.hr (https://portal.usluga.hr).
The company's service consists of providing information services and executing financial transactions.
These General Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") prescribe the terms of business for End Users (hereinafter referred to as "Users" or "User"). By using the Contractor's services, Users express their agreement with these Terms and agree to use the services in accordance with them. The right to use the services is the User's personal right and cannot be transferred in any way to other legal or natural persons, nor is any person authorized to register other legal or natural persons.
The contractor declares under material and criminal responsibility that for all the goods and services distributed and sold through the service, the company has contracts for the sale of goods and services with the actual providers of these services, that is, their sales intermediaries.
All prices are in euros (EUR) - VAT is included - and are valid for all payment methods at the time of purchase.
The court in Pazin is competent for legal disputes that may arise as a result of using the services of the portal (unless otherwise specified in a separate contract), and they are resolved in accordance with Croatian legislation. By using the services, the User agrees that the court in Pazin is competent for any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with these Terms.
The user agrees and accepts that access to the portal services may sometimes be interrupted, temporarily unavailable or disabled due to regular website maintenance or for other reasons beyond the Contractor's responsibility.
The user can send inquiries, comments and complaints in writing (by mail or e-mail), and the Contractor will respond in writing (by mail or e-mail) within the legal deadline.
Acceptance of terms
By using the services on the portal, that is, by using any part of their content, the User confirms that he is familiar with and agrees with these Terms and Conditions, as well as all other terms of service use.
If the User does not agree with these Terms, or is under the age of 16, the User is advised not to use the portal's services.
Changes to conditions
The contractor reserves the right, if he deems it necessary, to revoke or change at any time and without prior notice any of the conditions stated here, and such changes shall enter into force on the date of publication on the website.
Therefore, we advise Users to periodically review the information contained in the Terms and to be informed of such changes. Continuing to use the services, or any part of their content after the publication of the new modified Terms, implies that the User accepts the changes.
The contractor reserves the right to change, supplement or terminate at any time and without prior notice any business segment, including the service or any part of it, the portal / website itself or the services provided within it. The right in question includes, but is not limited to, changes in availability, content, availability of new data, methods of transmission, as well as the right to access or use services.
The contractor has the right to check the content of the website at any time to ensure compliance with these Terms and applicable legal regulations.
Responsibility
The use of portal services is solely at the User's risk.
The User is aware of the fact that sometimes there will be service interruptions or events beyond the control of the Contractor and accepts that the Contractor is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the transmission of information on the Internet. In no case will the Contractor be responsible for any damage that may result from the use or inability to use the portal's services, as well as for any damage to the User's equipment that may occur as a result of using the services.
The user is responsible for the acquisition and maintenance of his computer equipment, including all software and hardware he owns and uses, as well as other equipment necessary to access and use the services and all related costs. The user's responsibility applies to any damage or possible injury caused by any error, exception, interruption, deletion, malfunction, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, interruption in the communication line, theft, destruction or unauthorized access, alteration or misuse of records, inappropriate behavior, negligence or any other act.
Subject to the above conditions, the Contractor shall not be liable, regardless of cause or duration, for any errors, inaccuracies or other defects, inappropriate or second-hand information found on the website / portal, as well as for any delays or interruptions in transmission information to the User, and for any claims or losses arising from it. None of the above parties shall be liable for any third party claims or losses, including lost profits.
The User agrees to indemnify and hold the Contractor liable for any claims for damages and costs, including legal costs, that may arise from the User's use of the services.
Users may not use the services of the portal to post or transmit any material that threatens, or in any way violates the rights of others, any material that is by its nature illegal, threatening, offensive, defamatory, that disturbs or endangers privacy, that is vulgar . >
The user may not use the services to advertise or carry out any commercial, religious, political or non-commercial advertising.
The User expressly confirms that the conditions in this chapter refer to the entire content and scope of the Contractor's service.
